Uw team inschakelen met Heidi for Enterprise

Enterprise-specifieke onboarding- en team-enablement-richtlijnen.

Vandaag bijgewerkt

As a global admin, your organisation settings give you full control over who has access to Heidi, which team they belong to, and what they can do within the platform. This guide covers how to add users, assign roles, and manage team access.

Adding new users

Navigate to your Organisation Settings to add new users to your Heidi teams. From here you can add a new user, assign them to a specific team, and select their role — all in one step.

Once added, the user will receive an email invitation to join Heidi and their assigned team. When they accept, they'll automatically have access to the templates shared with that team.

💡 Tip: You can add multiple users at once by entering multiple email addresses before hitting Send Invites — useful when onboarding a new team in bulk.

Assigning roles

When adding a user, you'll assign them one or more of the following roles:

  • Administrator — full management access at the team or organisation level

  • Clinician — standard clinical user access

  • Assistant — supporting role with a tailored permission set

Each role carries a distinct set of permissions, which are displayed in full when you select the role — so you can review exactly what each user will be able to do before confirming.

As a team admin, your permissions include: adding and removing team members, modifying roles, sharing and managing team templates, viewing team billing, and setting team policies.

SSO (Single Sign-On)

If your organisation has SSO enabled, the process for granting access is different. Rather than manually adding users via email, the selected domains will automatically have access to Heidi and can log in through your chosen authentication provider. Manual invitations are not required in this setup.

💡 Note: If you're unsure whether SSO is configured for your organisation, check with your IT administrator or contact the Heidi Customer Success team.
