The Heidi Health Referral Program gives you the opportunity to share Heidi with your professional network and earn rewards. It’s our way of saying Thank You for helping more clinicians and teams experience the benefits of Heidi AI Scribe.
How It Works
Get Your Referral Link
You can find your unique referral link in your Heidi account.
From the Main Page
Log in to your Heidi account.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Earn $50.
Enter the PayPal email address linked to your Heidi account.
Click Get referral link.
From Settings
Click Settings on the left-hand side of your screen.
Select Account.
Scroll to the Referral Link section at the bottom.
Click Get referral link to generate your unique link (as shown in the image above).
Share your Link
Share your referral link with colleagues, friends, or peers in your clinical network. You can also post it on your professional social media platforms.
Earn Rewards
Users who sign up through your link can get up to 60 days of Heidi for free. When a new user signs up using your referral link, they’ll get their first month (30 days) of Heidi Pro for free. Once they add their payment details to start a paid subscription, we’ll treat them to an extra 30 days. That's a full 60 days of Heidi Pro, completely on us!
You earn $50 USD for every paid Heidi Pro user who signs up through your link (maximum of 10 paid users referred per month, earning up to $500 USD per month).
Cash Out
After your referral completes a purchase, there’s a 30-day cool-off period before your reward becomes active. Once it’s active, your reward will be sent to your PayPal account (using the email linked to your Heidi account) during the next payout cycle, which occurs at the start of each month.

If you’ve received a referral link or code, please make sure to use it while creating your new Heidi account. Referrals can only be applied during registration and cannot be added to an existing account after you’ve already signed up or logged in. To apply a referral:
Click the referral link you received.
Complete your registration on the Heidi platform.
Enjoy your referral benefits once your account is active.

Where can I find my referral link?

I’m getting an error that says “We failed to retrieve your referral link. Email has already been taken.”
We’ve recently upgraded our rewards platform. To fix this issue:
Reset your password and log in.
You’ll then be able to view your referral link and referrals.
Can I earn rewards for referring an entire clinic, not just individual clinicians?
Yes. If you refer a clinic, you’ll receive the reward for one user referral from that clinic.
When and how will I get paid?
When your referral continues with Heidi Pro after their 30-day trial, your $50 USD reward becomes available for secure withdrawal through PayPal.
There is a 30-day verification period once your referee’s payment is processed. After this period, your reward will be included in the next monthly payout, which takes place at the start of each month.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Yes. You can refer up to 10 paid users monthly. Since you can earn $50 per paid user, this means that your earnings can reach up to $500 per month. Read the Heidi Referral Program Terms and Conditions for more information.
