Overview of Heidi–Accuro Integration

Heidi integrates with Accuro EMR through a feature called Accuro Scribe powered by Heidi. This integration allows users to transfer notes directly into patient charts within Accuro, eliminating the need for manual copy-pasting. The integration is embedded within Accuro, enabling users to launch Heidi directly from an encounter note.

Eligibility and Access Requirements

To access the integration, users must meet the following criteria:

  1. Subscription Plan: A paid Heidi license, such as the Clinician or Practice tier, is required.

  2. Approval for Private Preview: Clinics must apply for the private preview or pilot program through Accuro. Approval is selective and may require contacting an Accuro Practice Consultant.

  3. Accuro iCloud Users: For Accuro iCloud, the integration setup must be initiated from the Accuro side.

Steps to Enable the Integration

Follow these steps to enable the Heidi–Accuro integration:

  1. Apply for the Pilot Program: - Visit the Accuro AI preview page and register your interest. - Submit the application form provided by Heidi or Accuro.

  2. Enable the Integration in Accuro: - Contact your Accuro administrator or support representative to enable "Accuro Scribe powered by Heidi" for your account.

  3. Launch Heidi Within Accuro: - Once enabled, open an encounter note in Accuro and sign in to your Heidi account to start using the integration.

Troubleshooting and Interim Solutions

  • Why Can’t I See Accuro in the Integration List? If Accuro does not appear in the integration list, it may be because the integration is still in beta and not fully released. Until then, you can manually copy and paste notes between Heidi and Accuro.

  • Approval Not Required for Eligible Plans: If your subscription plan is eligible, approval may not be necessary. Follow Accuro’s official connection guide to set up the integration.
