Free
Unlimited notes with limited access to advanced templates. Advanced templates let you customise the structure, format, and output of your notes. In-session AI support is limited, including note editing and medically cited additions to your note.

When you exceed your action limit, you can still generate notes using standard templates. Advanced features (custom templates, documents, Ask Heidi, form filling, and patient & session linking) will be paused until the following month.

Unlimited notes with unlimited use of advanced templates. Advanced templates let you customise the structure, format, and output of your notes. Includes unlimited standalone Evidence, with the ability to control the sources referenced in medically cited queries.

Clinician is the right choice if you want unlimited documentation tools alongside premium evidence capabilities, but do not require team features.
Scribe Plus

Scribe Team
Unlimited notes with unlimited use of advanced templates, plus the ability to share templates across your team. Advanced templates let you customise the structure, format, and output of your notes. In-session AI support is limited, including note editing and medically cited queries.
Note that Scribe Plus, and Scribe Team are legacy subscriptions tiers that are only available to new customers in the EU, and UK.
If you are on a Scribe subscription, you are enjoying the benefits of unlimited advanced templates, an upgrade to Clinician would be recommended.
Practice

Note on Paid Credits: On Free, you have 10 Paid Credits per month (shared across Scribe and Evidence features). On Clinician and Practice, Paid Credits are unlimited. Some paid plans, including those that may be grandfathered from an earlier release have limits to Advanced actions — 10 per week for advanced in-session Evidence queries and agentic actions. Note editing and document creation remain unlimited on all paid plans.

EHR integrations
Heidi offers two types of EHR integration:
Embedded integrations run inside your EHR as a widget, providing core Heidi functionality within your existing workflow. Lite integrations may be available on the Clinician plan depending on your EHR partner.
Connected integrations launch in Heidi and offer expanded functionality, including richer data exchange with your health record system. Connected integrations require a Practice plan or above.

Managing your subscription
How to upgrade
To upgrade your plan, click any upgrade prompt in the app, or go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade.
Switching between annual and monthly billing
Monthly billing is only available for Individual subscriptions, it is not supported for teams. If you would like to switch between billing cycles, contact our support team. Your existing payment will be applied as credit towards your new billing arrangement. The next billing date will be confirmed during processing.
14-day free trial
Clinician and Practice plans include a 14-day free trial so you can experience the full feature set before committing.
