Heidi offers plans for individual clinicians through to large organisations. Every plan includes unlimited transcription, standard templates, and access to Heidi Evidence with citations.

Free
The Free plan is a great way to get started with Heidi.
Included:
Unlimited transcription and note generation using standard templates
Unlimited Evidence queries with transparent citations
Tasks and basic personalisation
5 actions per month across advanced templates, Ask Heidi, form filling, and patient & session linking
Global healthcare-grade security
When you exceed your action limit, you can still generate notes using standard templates. Advanced features (custom templates, documents, Ask Heidi, form filling, and patient & session linking) will be paused until the following month.
Evidence Plus
Evidence Plus gives you full access to Heidi's paid Evidence product while keeping Scribe functionality at the Free level.
Everything in Free, plus:
Premium evidence sources and journals (availability varies by region)
Personal evidence library
Source Control to shape which sources are used in your answers
Evidence Plus is suited to clinicians who primarily want citation-backed clinical answers and source management, without needing advanced Scribe features.
Clinician
Clinician is the recommended plan for individual clinicians who want the full Heidi experience.
Everything in Evidence Plus, plus:
Unlimited advanced templates, custom documents, and personalisation
Unlimited Ask Heidi usage
Evidence in patient visits with live suggestions
Patient-context-aware answers
Limited EHR integration access (Embedded integrations may be available depending on your EHR partner)
Priority support
Clinician is the right choice if you want unlimited documentation tools alongside premium evidence capabilities, but do not require team features.
Evidence Team
Evidence Team provides shared evidence standards for teams, with Scribe at the Free level.
Includes:
All paid Evidence features (premium sources, Source Control, personal evidence library)
Shared evidence library and guidelines at the organisation level
Team management and centralised billing
Guided onboarding
Priority support
Evidence Team is designed for teams who need shared evidence governance without requiring paid Scribe functionality for all members.

Practice
Practice is the most comprehensive plan for teams, covering both Scribe and Evidence.
Everything in Evidence Team, plus:
Full Scribe functionality with unlimited advanced templates, documents, and Ask Heidi

Template configuration with one-on-one support
Full EHR integration access, including both Embedded and Connected integrations
Practice is best for teams that need shared documentation workflows, integrations, and clinical evidence standards in a single plan.
Enterprise
Enterprise is built for large healthcare organisations with complex operational needs.
Everything in Practice, plus:
Single sign-on (SSO) and enterprise-grade governance
Dedicated customer success manager
Service availability commitments

EHR integrations
Heidi offers two types of EHR integration:
Embedded integrations run inside your EHR as a widget, providing core Heidi functionality within your existing workflow. Lite integrations may be available on the Clinician plan depending on your EHR partner.
Connected integrations launch in Heidi and offer expanded functionality, including richer data exchange with your health record system. Connected integrations require a Practice plan or above.

Managing your subscription
How to upgrade
To upgrade your plan, click any upgrade prompt in the app, or go to Settings β Billing β Upgrade.
Switching between annual and monthly billing
Monthly billing is only available for Individual subscriptions, it is not supported for teams. If you would like to switch between billing cycles, contact our support team. Your existing payment will be applied as credit towards your new billing arrangement. The next billing date will be confirmed during processing.
14-day free trial
Evidence Plus, Clinician, and Practice plans include a 14-day free trial so you can experience the full feature set before committing.
