In February 2026, we updated our pricing plan names and introduced several new plans alongside the launch of Heidi Evidence.
Existing plan name changes
While our existing plans have new names, your core features remain the same — with Heidi Evidence now included at no additional charge.

We've also introduced new plans that bundle paid Scribe with paid Evidence, giving access to premium features like source control and premium clinical sources.

What is Heidi Evidence?
Heidi Evidence is a clinical reference tool built into Heidi, giving you access to citation-backed clinical information from guidelines, journals, and databases, directly from your Heidi sidebar.
Every plan includes free access to Evidence in the sidebar with unlimited queries. Paid Evidence plans (Clinician, Practice, Evidence Plus, Evidence Team) add premium features including source control, premium sources, and in-session access (where available).

Why have we changed the names of our existing plans?
Practice: The current Practice plan now combines everything from Scribe Team with paid Evidence features: source control, premium sources, and in-session access, where available‡. To make room for this updated plan, the original Practice plan was renamed to Scribe Team.
Heidi Pro: These subscriptions are now shown as Scribe Plus. Core access has not changed.
What this means for you:
If you subscribed to a Practice plan before February 2026, your plan is now called Scribe Team. Your access has not changed.
If you subscribed to a Heidi Pro plan before February 2026, your plan is now called Scribe Plus. Your access has not changed.
If you want the additional Evidence features, you can upgrade to the current Practice plan at the current rate.
If you don't need those features, Scribe Team gives you the same access you had before, plus free Evidence features.
‡In-session access to Heidi Evidence is currently available in all regions excluding UK and EU.

I'm seeing a "Clinician trial" or "Practice trial" message. Am I double-subscribed?
No. A message like "Clinician trial ending soon" means you have been given temporary access to a higher-tier plan with additional Evidence features. Your existing paid plan remains active and unchanged underneath.
You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends. To move to the higher-tier plan, you would need to actively choose to upgrade.

You have two options:
Upgrade to Clinician or Practice to keep paid Evidence features (source control, premium sources, and in-session access where available). The cost is pro-rated based on the price difference and time remaining in your billing period. You can review the exact amount on the checkout screen before confirming.
Do nothing. Your plan returns to its previous state (Free, Scribe Plus, or Scribe Team) at your existing price. Free plan users retain access to Heidi's Free Forever plan, and all users retain free Evidence access.

To view your active subscriptions and/or trials within the Heidi platform on web, head to your sidebar and select Settings → Billing.

Yes. If your previous plan included integrations, you will maintain access to these.
