Feature Adjustments with Downgrade
When downgrading your subscription, you won't lose access to any data. Your future usage will be limited to the tier you downgrade to. Some features may no longer be available. For example, on the Free plan, you have 10 Pro Actions per month for advanced features like document generation, and AI editing.
Retention of Content Post-Downgrade
When transitioning between plans, Heidi Health ensures that your account remains intact and your content is preserved.
If your trial period ends and you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account will automatically transition to the Free Forever plan. No action is required, and you will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan. Existing templates and sessions will remain accessible, but you will not be able to create or edit custom templates while on the Free plan. You can start a free trial in two ways:
Via the Pricing Page:
Visit the Pricing page.
Select the Clinician subscription.
Complete the subscription flow. The 14-day free trial will be automatically applied.
Via Self-Service:
Log in or create an account.
Navigate to Settings and open the Account or Billing section.
Click on "Manage Billing."
Select "Start free trial" for your chosen plan. If you are currently subscribed to another plan, such as Scribe Plus, starting a Clinician plan trial will cancel your existing subscription. You can specify a start date for the trial, and billing for the new plan will begin after the trial ends if you decide to continue. If you are not ready to start your trial immediately, you can postpone it by canceling the trial and continuing with the Free plan. You can activate the 14-day Clinician trial at a later time. After the 14-day Clinician trial ends, your account will automatically return to the Free plan. To continue using premium features, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription. If you prefer to use the Free plan without starting a trial, you can dismiss or ignore the trial prompt and continue using the app with limited sessions.
