Changing your Heidi Health subscription

At anytime you can go in to your billing settings of the Heidi Web app, and change your subscription tier.

Heidi Health offers flexible subscription plans, allowing users to move between tiers as their needs evolve. Understanding the implications of these changes beforehand ensures a smooth transition.

Step-by-Step Instructions to change your subscription tier:

  • Go to Settings → Billing (web).

  • On your current plan choose 'Manage Billing'

  • On the 'Update Subscription' your available options will be displayed

  • Choose the option that suits your needs, For details on pricing, and features go to: Pricing Page

  • Once you've chosen your plan you will need to enter payment details to confirm

  1. Go to Billing Portal

    • In the Web Version of Heidi Navigate to the billing portal by going to:
      - Settings -> Billing:

    • Once there, you can "Manage my billing" from your Heidi account settings

  2. View Subscription Options

    • On the subscription overview page (Image 1), click "Update subscription".

  3. Select Your preferred plan

    • In the update screen (Image 2):

      • Find the plan you are looking for.

      • Click Select under the plan you wish to change to.

  4. Confirm Update

    • Review the pricing and click Continue to proceed.

    • Follow prompts to finalise the change.

  5. Verify Change

    • Return to the Account page.

    • Check that it now shows the correct plan.

Feature Adjustments with Downgrade

When downgrading your subscription, some features may no longer be available.

Retention of Content Post-Downgrade

When transitioning between plans, Heidi Health ensures that your account remains intact and your content is preserved.
