One of the most common questions we hear from new users is: how do I make Heidi sound more like me? The good news is there are several features designed to do exactly that — and they get better the more you use them.
Ben, Heidi's Clinical Director, walks through the key tools for personalising Heidi's output:
Scribe settings — choosing between Fast and Best Scribe depending on consultation complexity, and selecting a detail level that suits your style (Brief, Detailed, Goldilocks, or Super Detailed), with the ability to fine-tune further and toggle bullet points, quotes, and abbreviations on or off
Personalisation — how Heidi learns from the edits you make to your notes over time, gradually adapting to your syntax, phrasing, and formatting preferences so your notes require less and less editing
Memory and Find & Replace — building a personal bank of clinical abbreviations and terminology so Heidi consistently uses the language you prefer
Snippets — setting up keyboard shortcuts for standard phrases, safety netting advice, or recurring information you'd otherwise have to dictate or type every time
Templates — using the template builder to lock in the structure and format of your notes and letters, so every output is consistent with how you like to write
