What’s included in Evidence Pro?
Evidence Pro is a paid experience that includes source control, allowing you to choose which guidelines, sites, or sources Evidence uses.
Why can’t I open the full source I see cited?
Some sources require a separate subscription (e.g. publisher or database access). Evidence can reference these sources, but full access depends on your existing subscriptions.
Why is Evidence billed separately from Scribe?
Evidence and Scribe are separate products. If you subscribe to both, you may see two line items while billing is being streamlined. Evidence can be used with or without Scribe.
Will I be charged automatically after the Evidence Pro trial?
You won't be charged automatically after your trial ends unless you add a payment method. If you do, we'll notify you before processing any charges.
Does Evidence connect to my patient sessions?
When used from the sidebar, Evidence is separate from patient sessions and is not linked to patient data.
Some users may have early access to a limited in-session experience, where Evidence can interact with your session to provide evidence-backed information and insights.
How should I use Evidence safely?
Evidence provides you with evidence-backed insights for research and knowledge purposes:
Always verify important details using the cited sources
Follow your local clinical policies and guidelines
You are the clinician - Evidence supports you, but does not replace professional judgement
