Key Features:
Bluetooth Headphones Support: Enables recording even with Bluetooth devices, ensuring a seamless experience.
System-Level Audio Capture: Heidi can capture audio directly from your system, allowing smooth operation in multitasking situations.
Increased Stability: Ideal for those who use Heidi extensively or in telehealth settings.
How to Get Started:
Download and install the Heidi desktop app from our website.
Set up your audio preferences to ensure Heidi captures all essential conversations.
Start Recording: Begin your session and let Heidi transcribe in the background.
Review & Note Generation: Once your session ends, Heidi will automatically generate a structured note based on your conversation.
💡 For everyday use in tele health or for a more reliable experience, the desktop app is generally more stable than the web browser.
General Tips
For Telehealth Users: We recommend the desktop app for stable performance and Bluetooth compatibility.
For Mobile Use: Use the mobile app for convenient recording on-the-go, even with app switching or screen locking.
For low network coverage: Use the Heidi Mobile app, it will use your local system to keep a backup of the transcription until you go online. Once you are online just hit resume on that session, and stop and it will produce the transcript for you.
