What is heidi evidence?

What are credits?
Credits are the currency for Heidi's advanced features. Each of the following uses one action:
Generating a note using a custom template (including any standard template you have customised)
Using Ask Heidi to edit notes, generate outputs, or answer questions
Generating an output from a document template

Scribe Plus (old plan, not for purchase)— Unlimited Paid Scribe features per month Some credit-based features are unlimited, including custom templates, custom documents, forms, patient & session linking, and AI note assistance. There are limits on advanced agentic tasks (exports, emails, PPT, PDFs), and incorporating evidence to your note which are capped at 10 per week.
Evidence Plus — 10 Scribe credits per month Custom templates, custom documents, forms, and patient & session linking share a pool of 10 actions per month. AI note assistance is unlimited. Agentic actions (exports, emails, PPT, PDFs) are capped at 10 per week.
For the Clinician and Practice plans, actions are unlimited. Scribe Plus and Scribe Team include unlimited Scribe actions but cap agentic actions at 10 per week.
What can Be heidi be used for?
Be heidi is your AI assistant within heidi. You can use it to edit notes, generate dokumentasjon, create templates, ask clinical questions, and more. On the gratis abonnement, Be heidi usage counts towards your monthly handlinger. On Clinician and Practice, it is unlimited.
Some examples of how behandlere use Be heidi:
Edit or restructure a note after generation
Create a shorter handover summary
Draft a henvisning from session context
Ask about specific clinical terminology
Built advanced documents, like PDF or PPT
If you are working from inside the EU or UK, then begrunnelse will not work alongside Be heidi, begrunnelse will only be available outside of sessions.

Why is heidi gratis?
heidi's mission is to advance the adoption of AI in healthcare. Making core functionality gratis reduces barriers and supports health equity, so that any behandler can benefit from AI dokumentasjon, not just those who can afford a subscription.
The gratis abonnement gives you unlimited transcription, unlimited note generation with standardmaler, and unlimited access to heidi begrunnelse with citations. betalt abonnement add advanced features like unlimited Be heidi, premium evidence sources, Source Control, integrasjoner, and team functionality.
heidi does not sell user data. Your data and your patients' data remain yours.
What happens if I exceed my action limit on the gratis abonnement?
You can still generate notes using standardmaler and access begrunnelse queries. Only the advanced features (advanced maler, dokumentasjon, Be heidi, skjemautfylling, and patient & session linking) will be paused until the following month.
If you run out of handlinger during a busy clinic day, you may be offered a one-time extension to continue using advanced features for up to 24 hours, giving you time to finish your work and consider upgrading when convenient.
