Consent agreement
Your Heidi integration requires a consent agreement prior to implementation.
If you haven't done so already, submit the form available at https://www.heidihealth.com/en-au/medtech-consent-form. After submitting the form, you should receive confirmation of your facility's access within 48 hours.
If not, reach out to your Heidi sales or customer success representative.
Key details
Before you start setting up your integration, make sure you have the following details available:
Medtech facility ID
First and last name of the clinician to be onboarded
Confirmation of facility access (as above)
Connecting your integration
Head to Settings > Connectors > Medtech.
2. Select Set up connector.
3. Enter your Facility ID and select Continue.
4. Enter your first and last name and select Search.
5. You will see Your integration is connected. Select Done.
Using the integration
Open Heidi and go to the Appointments tab.
Choose the date. Heidi lists your Medtech appointments for that day. Select refresh on the Appointments tab to load changes from Medtech.
Select an appointment to start a session linked to that patient.
Context for that patient appears in the Context tab.
Record the consultation and generate your note.
Link the note sections to Medtech's Subjective and Objective sections.
Select Push to Medtech for the selected sections to go back into the patients Medtech record. Notes can be pushed once per session.
Disconnecting your integration
Go to Settings > Connectors > Medtech and select Disconnect integration.
You can reconnect at any time by following the steps above.
