At anytime you can go in to your billing settings of the Heidi Web app, and change your subscription tier.
Heidi Health offers flexible subscription plans, allowing users to move between tiers as their needs evolve. Understanding the implications of these changes beforehand ensures a smooth transition.

Go to Settings → Billing (web).
On your current plan choose 'Manage Billing'
On the 'Update Subscription' your available options will be displayed

Once you've chosen your plan you will need to enter payment details to confirm
Accede al Portal de Facturación
Consulta las opciones de suscripción
En la página de descripción general de la suscripción (Imagen 1), haz clic en "Actualizar suscripción".
Selecciona tu plan preferido
Confirma la actualización
Revisa los precios y haz clic en Continuar para proceder.
Sigue los pasos para finalizar el cambio.
Verifica el cambio
Vuelve a la página de Cuenta.
Comprueba que ahora aparece el plan correcto.
