As a global admin, you have organisation-wide control over how Heidi is configured, secured, and accessed across your entire deployment. This video gives a concise overview of the key settings available at the organisation level.

  • Global admin role — how the global admin is responsible for managing organisation settings, users, roles, and paid seats across the deployment

  • Session retention policies — setting an organisation-wide maximum for how long users can retain sessions before they must be transferred to their EHR
