Overview
Heidi integrates seamlessly with Biocanic, enabling clinicians to launch the Heidi widget from any client note. You can transcribe your consultation, add patient context, and generate high-quality notes that are automatically pushed back into the client’s record.

How To Setup Biocanic
1. Navigate to the Setting in the top right
2. Navigate to the “Integrations” tab on the left hand side and make sure the Heidi Integration is turned on
3. When creating a note for a client, there will be a button to “open Heidi” which when clicked, will open the Heidi widget
4. The widget will appear in the bottom right. If this is your first time accessing the Heidi widget, you’ll need to sign into your account or create and account if you haven’t already.
5. Once the widget is open, you can add additional patient context/details (e.g. from pass patient notes) which will enrich your current clinical note.
6. When you’re ready to have the consultation, you can press start visit to start the transcription process.
7. When you’ve finished the consultation, click “end session” and apply your template
8. Make any edits you’d like to the note. When you’re ready, you can click “push note” to transfer the note into Biocanic automatically.
