Apple Social-Sign-In Update (July-Aug 2026)

Apple Social-Sign-In accounts will have an updated login experience throughout July and August.

Heidi is updating your login experience which will further strengthen account security and stability. As part of this change, users who sign in with Apple will have a one-off additional step when they log into their Heidi account during July and August.

There is no impact to your Heidi data, no loss of information, and no change to product functionality.


What you will experience

  1. After signing in to Heidi through your Apple account, you'll be prompted to sign in once more.

  2. Select Continue to be taken to your Apple sign-in page. Sign in again, and you'll be returned to Heidi as normal.


Unable to log into your account after August 13?

If you usually sign in with your Apple account but have not logged into your Heidi account between July 6 and August 13, you may have issues logging into your account after this date. Let us know and we’ll resolve this as soon as possible.
