Reward Program Structure
As a New User Being Referred
Users who sign up through a peer’s referral link can receive up to 60 days of paid Heidi for free.
When a new user signs up using a referral link, they’ll get their first month (30 days) of paid Heidi, free of charge. Once payment details are added to begin a paid subscription, we’ll provide an additional 30 days free - that's a full 60 days of a paid Heidi subscription, completely on us.
For Referring New Users
As a referrer, you can earn rewards in $USD for each paid Heidi user who purchases a subscription through your link, up to the monthly limit. The amount you receive will depend on the subscription tier that your referee selects and subscribes to. The respective amounts are available below:
Evidence - $25
Clinician - $50
Scribe - $50
Once a newly referred user purchases a subscription, there’s a 30-day cool-off period before your reward activates. Once it’s active, your reward will be sent to your PayPal account using the email linked to your Heidi account. This will happen during the next payout cycle, which occurs at the start of each month.
💡 You can refer up to 10 paid users per month, earning up to $500 USD in rewards.
How it Works
Obtain Your Referral Link
You can find your unique referral link in your Heidi account when logged into the Desktop app.
There are two methods to obtain your referral link:
From the Help Menu
In the left-hand navigation bar, select Help > Earn $USD
Click Copy referral link
From the Settings Menu
In the left-hand navigation bar, select the User Menu
Head into Settings
In the Account area, scroll down and locate the section Referral link
Select Copy link

Sign Up Using a Referral Link

When and how will I get paid?
Once your referred user signs up and adds their payment details to begin a paid subscription, a 30-day cool-off period begins.
