At anytime you can go in to your billing settings of the Heidi Web app, and change your subscription tier.
Heidi Health offers flexible subscription plans, allowing users to move between tiers as their needs evolve. Understanding the implications of these changes beforehand ensures a smooth transition.

Instruccions pas a pas per canviar el teu pla de subscripció:
Go to Settings → Billing (web).
On your current plan choose 'Manage Billing'
On the 'Update Subscription' your available options will be displayed
Choose the option that suits your needs, For details on pricing, and features go to: Pricing Page
Once you've chosen your plan you will need to enter payment details to confirm
Accedeix al portal de facturació
In the Web Version of Heidi Navigate to the billing portal by going to:
- Settings -> Billing:
Un cop allà, pots "Gestionar la meva facturació" des de la configuració del compte de Heidi
Visualitza les opcions de subscripció
A la pàgina de resum de subscripció (Imatge 1), fes clic a "Actualitza la subscripció".
Selecciona el teu pla preferit
A la pantalla d'actualització (Imatge 2):
Localitza el pla que estàs buscant.
Fes clic a Selecciona sota el pla que vols canviar.
Confirma l'actualització
Revisa els preus i fes clic a Continua per procedir.
Segueix les indicacions per finalitzar el canvi.
Verifica el canvi
Torna a la pàgina de Compte.
Comprueba que ara mostra el pla correcte.
