Integration

Health integrates seamlessly with the system, letting you push AI-generated clinical notes directly into your client's file with one click.

Please note the integration currently supports Individual for the integration to work correctly, patients must be entered via the appointment section, with Group appointments coming in a future update.

Before du kan komme i gang, please check the section below to ensure you have the appropriate permissions enabled.

Configuration requirements for the integration are to be setup in your Practice Manager account.

Before du kan komme i gang with integration setup, you will need your Practice Manager to enable access to the API key.

1. Navigate to Setup > Users > Permission until you reach the following screen.

4. Remember to click 'Save Changes' on the bottom right hand corner of your screen

After that, you will need your Practice Manager to enable integrations access to your practitioner account.

1. Open up the integration, and look for the Setup icon on the top menu bar

2. Navigate to Setup > Users > Staff until you reach the following screen.

3. Select the practitioner who would like to use the integration. Navigate to Application and enable the Provider toggle.

4. After Provider is toggled on, scroll to the integrations section and enable integrations.

5. Save changes using the button on the bottom right corner

How To Setup

1. Open up the integration, and look for the Setup icon on the top menu bar

2. Then click integrations under connections.

3. Enable Health from the list of available integrations and click configure.


4. Copy the API key from this page.


5. Login to Health and navigate to settings > EMR integrations.


6. Click on integration.


7. Click on set up integration.

8. paste in the API key you copied from the system and add in your first name and last name exactly as they appear on your login.


9. Click find user.

10. Click connect integration.

11. If successful, you will see the below screen. If you don't see this screen, please contact Health support.

How To Use the integration

Please note we currently only support pushing a clinical note to the system and not letters. Vi will be providing this functionality in the near future.

  1. For the integration to work correctly, patients must be entered via the diary section in the system.

2. navigating back to Health the patient will be pulled in automatically

3. To load patients from a different date, click the calendar icon to select your desired date. patients for that day will then be imported automatically.

4. once you've selected your patient, do your consultation as normal

5. On the right side of your note a 'push to system' button will appear

6. once pressed, a pop up will let you know that your note was pushed successfully

7. navigate to the clinical notes of your patient and the note will automatically be generated as a pdf under 'history'.

Feilsøking

If you see the following screen when trying to access 'integrations' under setup - please ask your Practice Manager to go through the steps on integration setup requirements
