At anytime you can go in to your billing settings of the Heidi Web app, and change your subscription tier.
Heidi Health offers flexible subscription plans, allowing users to move between tiers as their needs evolve. Understanding the implications of these changes beforehand ensures a smooth transition.

Go to Settings → Billing (web).
On your current plan choose 'Manage Billing'
On the 'Update Subscription' your available options will be displayed
Choose the option that suits your needs, For details on pricing, and features go to: Pricing Page
Once you've chosen your plan you will need to enter payment details to confirm
Accéder au portail de facturation
In the Web Version of Heidi Navigate to the billing portal by going to:
- Settings -> Billing:
Une fois là, vous pouvez « Gérer ma facturation » à partir de vos paramètres de compte Heidi
Afficher les options d'abonnement
Sur la page de présentation de l'abonnement (Image 1), cliquez sur « Mettre à jour l'abonnement ».
Sélectionner votre forfait préféré
Sur l'écran de mise à jour (Image 2) :
Trouvez le forfait que vous recherchez.
Cliquez sur Sélectionner sous le forfait vers lequel vous souhaitez passer.
Confirmer la mise à jour
Vérifiez la tarification et cliquez sur Continuer pour procéder.
Suivez les invites pour finaliser la modification.
Vérifier la modification
Retournez à la page Compte.
Vérifiez qu'il affiche maintenant le forfait correct.
